BELLLOURIS SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how physical prizes and promotional items are delivered by Bellouris (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies only to items that require physical delivery, including prizes awarded through Bellouris promotional draws.

Entry purchases are digital and do not require shipping.


2. Delivery Location

All deliveries are made within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently ship outside of the UK.


3. Prize Delivery

If a participant is selected as a winner of a physical prize, we will arrange delivery to the UK address provided during entry or winner confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the prize, but typically occur within a reasonable timeframe following winner verification and prize selection.


4. Cash Alternative (No Shipping Required)

Where a winner selects a cash alternative instead of a physical prize, no shipping is required. Cash payments will be processed electronically within the timeframe stated in our Terms & Conditions.


5. Collectible Promotional Items

Where applicable, collectible cards or promotional packs may be included with certain orders.

These items:

  • Are promotional in nature
  • Are dispatched alongside eligible orders where stated
  • Do not require separate shipping arrangements
  • Have no standalone retail value

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for physical prizes are covered by Bellouris unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Participants will not be charged additional shipping fees for prize delivery.


7. Delivery Responsibility

Once a prize has been dispatched to the provided address, Bellouris is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the participant
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

8. Incorrect Address Information

It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate.

Bellouris is not liable for lost or undelivered prizes resulting from incorrect information provided during entry or winner confirmation.


9. Undeliverable Prizes

If a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect details or failure to accept delivery, Bellouris reserves the right to:

  • Contact the winner for corrected details within a reasonable timeframe
  • Or, where necessary, select an alternative winner

10. Processing Times

Prize fulfilment begins after:

  • Winner confirmation is completed
  • Required verification is finalised
  • Prize selection (if applicable) is confirmed
